The automatic pallet changer is designed according to customer needs to reduce the steps and labor required to move products from plastic pallets to re-arrange them on wooden pallets to ship them overseas.

            Menam Mechanika Co., Ltd. has designed this machine with the function in mind to be convenient, safe, energy-saving and use materials and equipment that are easy to find for future maintenance so that there is no need to wait to order equipment from overseas which takes a long time.

            The operation of the machine is fully automatic, starting from the conveyor belt from the automatic warehouse system to the automatic pallet changer. The machine will rotate and tilt the products and pallets up. Then the conveyor belt set will take out the plastic pallets by rotating them down to the original position. After that, the empty pallets are sent to the pallet collector. The wooden pallets will be sent to replace the plastic pallets and rotate up to attach to the waiting products and rotate down to the original position together. This completes the pallet change and the pallets will be sent to the outbound conveyor belt, sent to the loading yard to wait for the delivery truck to pick up the products.
