Maintaining the crane in a fresh condition will be an important point to sustain productivity.
These days, the importance of this point is getting heavier. The breakdown of the crane will not only be causing the technical hitch of productivity but also including the factor of causing a humanitarian disaster. The loss from this disaster would be extensive for the company business. Period of Inspection and Maintenance Service Coverage from the date of first operation until the next 12 months.

Monthly Inspection
In Thailand, there are legal law oblige to have a inspection of hoisting crane and related parts in every 3 months.
We recommend to have a inspection on same ration 3 months. Do a inspection on sensor, inverter, motor, magnet switch.
Finding the deterioration parts in an early timing and exchange to new parts, to maintain the stable operation.
Yearly Inspection
Yearly maintenance also includes the inspection of hoisting wire and power cable inspection additional to the monthly inspection.
This is to check the wire slinging part to prevent the heavy disaster such as wire cut off. For the power cable check, we will do the inspection of changes of resistance caused by the aged deterioration. This will help to find the problem before having a voltage leak problem.
